Cost: $1700.00 plus $50 registration fee
This
is a commercial floral design course, not a casual homemaker's
class. It is offered florists who wish to update their skills
in an ever-changing field and to the beginners who wish to
gain employment in this profitable and pleasurable business.
It is a valuable tool for anyone entering the floral design
field.
Students come from all over the world. Many of the friendships
made in the school are lifelong. Send in the completed application
with $200.00 deposit to ensure enrollment.

In 2009, the emphasis will be on arranging, abstract and modern
arrangements; mass and European designs. More than just Martha
Stewart style bouquets. Current and advanced designs. Bouquets
and designs for church and reception arrangements too.
You will have ample time to hone your skills and develop new
abilities. You will gain speed, increase profits and enjoy
these special advanced classes.

Period floral arrangements you will be able to use and adapt
for current home accents that are striking and salable. Contemporary
line and abstract designs to attract and
intrigue the most free thinkers of your clientele will be
part of the two day course.
ADVANCED
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
Graduate students of Hixson's basic school (or other state-certified
floral design schools or florists with long practical design
experience considered). Send in the completed application
with $200.00 deposit to ensure enrollment.
